He is the one who keeps me company

I needed to talk to the Lord, you know things happen and I needed an understanding ear and a little bit of comfort.

In a moment of brightness I said to myself, let me go the the Blessed Sacrament to give the Lord some company.

And so I did, but the thing is that when I got there, as I was kneeling to greet Jesus, who was there, as usual, waiting with love, I realized something that may sound silly, but is really important.

I am so arrogant, i thought to myself, I am not the one who provides the company, it is Him, who gives it to me.

With a new sense of humbleness, I sat down to pray and amid the silence and the prayers of the other people present, Jesus and Our Blessed Mother gave me faith, hope and love.
