Forgive me Lord for I am the one who insults you
Blessed are you when because of me, they revile you and utter all kinds of evil against you, be glad and rejoice, for your reward is great in heaven.
But how am I going to be great in the kingdom of heaven if I am the one who insults you Lord. If my lack of faith is the worst insult I can give you.
So many times you told me not to worry, do not be afraid, do not fear, that the Father is just waiting for me to believe to act on my behalf and I instead, I'm down in tears, in anguish, in misery, because I lack faith.
That is insulting. Lord forgive me for not being able to receive the reward you offer me, because I am a man of little faith. Just forgive me please and I will repeat these words of the Gospel of St. Mark:
I believe Lord, but increase my faith.
