Blessed are those persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Justice is the righteousness of God. Those who believe that God's way is wrong, will persecute you, because business is business, or because it does not make economic sense to help others or to donate money, or perhaps help those who need help.
If they mock you because you defend your ideas about life, because you pray to eat, because you have an image that reminds you of the Lord or Our Lady at work, that's persecution.
If you are not allowed to pray when you get to your work or school that is being persecuted.
Or if they burn your churches or attack you, as it is happening right now in many parts of the world, that's persecution.
And you will see God right now, for He will be with you and will help you achieve your prize, love, gentleness and abundance.
